I originally submitted an online inquiry and didn’t receive a response, so I decided to call. I spoke with Rene, who came out the very next day to provide a quote. From start to finish, he and his team were incredibly professional. They took the time to ask detailed questions about exactly how I wanted the project done—before and during the work.Rene checked in with me after the first day to make sure everything was going smoothly, which made me feel heard and reassured that my vision truly mattered. Once the project was completed, he followed up again to confirm that everything matched what I had pictured.This company is outstanding—not only in the quality of their work, but also in their communication, support, and timely completion. We’re so glad we found All Pro Remodel! We had started a shower remodel with someone else who just wasn’t working out, so we stopped the project and started looking online. We called the phone number listed on Google and heard back from Rene the same day. He came by within a couple of days, checked out the job, gave us an estimate, and said it would take about two weeks, and they actually finished before that timeframe! The work was done beautifully and professionally. Any time we had a question, Rene got back to us right away and always kept us in the loop about what was happening next. We never felt uncertain about anything. We’re very happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!
Filled out online inquiry for an estimate, never received any response, I have a feeling they are not in business because the most recent review was from 11 months ago, but thought I would see if they would respond. Too bad, the past reviews looked good.
I think All Pro Remodel is the absolute best! I needed to have a new tub and walls replaced in one of my bathrooms and got an estimate from Rene' (Owner), which was much better than any of the other estimates that I had gotten. Rene' is so personable and easy to work with. He had no problem with all my questions.He was able to schedule me in right away. No waiting for weeks!However, right before the scheduled start time I had to cancel.And then, right after I canceled, I discovered a leak in my faucet. Naturally, I called our plumber who came out right away. When he tried to remove the housing, it was so corroded and refused to come off. That being said, our plumber had to get into our tile wall to fix the problem.Well, now we had no choice but to have a rebuild done! So, I called Rene' and asked if he could reschedule our bathroom rebuild.He was able to schedule me one day after my original schedule date, which was actually a Saturday. Awesome! Rene' and his crew arrived right on time Saturday morning, and went to work immediately. I could not have been more impressed with these fellows! Gerardo and Louis were incredible! They worked non stop from the moment they got here to the moment they finished the work, not even taking a lunch break. Both were so easy to talk to, and didn't mind one bit if I asked questions or observed their work.Folks, All Pro Remodeling is wonderful and they are going to be my FIRST phone call when I need repairs.Thank you so much Rene', Gerardo, and Louis!!!
I recently had two, double doors removed from my master bedroom and framed the area into a wall with a window. Everyone involved has been so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using All Pro Remodel for future home projects and could not be happier with the outcome.
