Home Pros just finished remodeling 4 of our bathrooms and they did an amazing job. The team led by Ken Stopka and Trevor Carter and their crew of Octavio, Alexis and Brandon were wonderful to work with. They were diligent, efficient, patient and calmly worked around our crazy household of cats and dogs. We will definitely be a repeat customer with another project already under discussion.
Home Pros did a wonderful job on our house. Our home has a million windows and they came and did a very professional job in a reasonable amount of time. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because their scheduling needs to be tightened but the work itself was five 5 star Worthy. I should also mention the project manager Ken stopka was really great. We had a slight miscommunication with the front office and Ken was able to clear it up and deliver a really good project
I must have contacted 5-6 companies for my full and half bath remodel. I met with Dana from Home Pros and immediately she put me at ease. She was very thorough and made sure that all of my questions were answered, and I had a lot!!Once I decided on Home Pros I met Dana at the design center and had a blast picking out all of the fixtures, colors and the rest. She explained to me it would take approximately 8-10 weeks to order and manufacture all of the materials, and she was spot on!I then got a call from David the project manager shortly after Christmas that the project would start, and was told both bathrooms would take about a week, and sure enough a week later they were done!!!??You can imagine the stress I went through, with 2 very active dogs being sequestered in a separate room while I worked during the day, and allowing complete strangers to take over my house. Add to that the costs involved and you have a recipe for a lot of stress!!But thanks to the fantastic group of people. Dana, David, Humberto, Otavio and the rest of the crew involved, they far exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with the results!!?? And no!! I was not paid for this endorsement. I am speaking of my own free will!??All I can say is this, if you are currently in the position I was, you can’t go wrong with Home Pros!!! Book them today!!!!??
It has been hard to find a contractor interested in my project (stucco over wood singles for a house in Los Alamos). HomePros is different, they are together and want the work. My initial impressions are very positive. The scheduling of a site visit was very easy, and interactions with HomePros person (John) very informative. The price estimates are going to be hard to beat. To be continued.
We had Home Pros Remodel our bathroom. We found paying 80% upfront concerning. Salesperson Nicolette provided inaccurate information. We have 11 pets and were concerned about their safety and stress during remodel. Nicolettte said 1day demo 1 day install 1 day flooring never mentioning a 14 day wait in-between for shower walls to be cut. Project took 30 days.Said bathroom would be safe sealed useable nightly- untrue. Was left with subfloor full of nails, open holes in floor and walls and a toilet in bedroom. We used tarps and garbage bags to make it safe for all. Asked about painting was told we dont paint. Wood rot on door casing from old shower was left off sales contract not repaired just cut off rot glued on old baseboard piece. We provided LVP flooring. Then had to provide floor liner & argue for baseboards. Huge gaps now under doors from tile removal-fix was not on sales contract. In May had call from David about a cancelation. We took the opening needed Tuesday start. Friday got a call from him about needing Monday start. Didnt work for us he was upset that we did not want a lock box didnt understand that we were not comfortable. Day 1 of construction only 2 people-one new on the job.Was told 4-5 people. Day 9 experienced person pulled from job. Communication was horrible as well as scheduling all chaotic and last minute. At times we had only 30 minutes notice someone was coming never knew day to day what was going to happen. We burned a lot of vacation. We felt our project was low priority.Nicolete said she would be on site and in contact throughout- never showed up or contacted us . After seeing the process theres now way it could have been done in 3 days.Window stucco crew was messy and had to be redone due to being thick and cracked.Tub pan install 3 areas scratched. Shower wall install left with large amount of black silicone on ceiling and shower walls.Shower curtain rod hung higher than standard without asking. After shower head was hung there was a valve controller leak. During repair it was discovered shower head pole was only siliconed on even with a screw hole drilled, later had to be redrilled and hard mounted. Scratches on new shower head .Excess silcone on grab bar, water valve, large silicone finger print. Base of shower pan left dirty/stained. Received no care instructions. Emailed Nicolette reply was a blurry google screen shot of shower care instructions. We used vinegar and water as suggested did not remove stains or silicone. New walls sprayed with texture old walls filled with over spray were not protected with plastic. So much over spray one wall now has 2 different textures. Rounded closet wall texture falling off after primer and paint that we applied. Had to argue for closet door never mentioned during sale. Not given heads up to paint walls before shelves were permanently affixed to wall and closet door attached. Waited three weeks for someone to contact us for final walk. We then contacted David. He was rude told us it was common sense to paint before shelves and that overspray is within industry standards and sales person should have told us that.He agreed to come out warned us u wont like what I can and cant fix. During visit we pointed out Showerpan, overspray,& caulk. He tried to gas light us saying we keep a nice home and we are too picky you can never expect perfection in a remodel. He offered to send someone out to sand and paint overspray at a cost to us. He sent someone to clean shower wall&base. He reiterated all issues were within industry standard. Base of shower was cleaned walls still full of silicone. Worker said quartz people would need to come out and clean it- been a week nothing.Asked about warranty was told HP warranty better than manufacturing but Delta offers lifetime. We haven't used our shower yet due to these issues.Dont expect perfection with Home Pros they will only offer you industry standard.
