Interior painting, flooring, the kitchen renovation, the second-story addition, deck construction, and roof flashing were either left unfinished or were completed in a way that we have been told does not meet industry-standard workmanship. As of late October, no one from the company has been on the property, and the project remains incomplete.Communication was also inconsistent. Messages requesting updates, timelines, and clarification often went unanswered, and promised completion dates passed without explanation.I’m sharing this review based on my firsthand involvement as a financial contributor and as someone who witnessed the condition of the home and the communication issues throughout the project.
