Living in Baltimore for 30 years owning 5 houses in this area, DYS is the best company I have ever used. The owner Daniel and his son Avi are perfectionist. They are genuinely very nice, caring, and responsible people. They care so much about the quality of their jobs and always tried to do as much as possible to make you satisfied. They did some big projects for my house recently, including the whole kitchen, master bathroom, windows, powder room, and six doors leading to the yard. I am so happy with everything they did. Other employees in DYS were also fantastic. They were very professional, diligent, flexible with my schedules, and worked with us for all details, including shopping together for materials. I attach two photos for part of the jobs they did. They have my highest recommendation. Simply, they are the best!
DYS construction did a fabulous job on my kitchen renovation! After several bids, they were the only ones who showed care for my project and were reasonably priced. Daniel and his crew knew their stuff! And they were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and trustworthy. Despite me unknowingly choosing difficult items for my kitchen, they were never bothered by the surprise kinks that always surface in a job. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
We hired DYS Construction to put on an addition to our home. We couldn’t have been happier with the results and the process. Daniel and his crew were a pleasure to work with each step of the way. From the day we signed the contract, Daniel was available and responsive to every question and concern that we had. Communication is one of his many strong points. He started the project exactly on time and finished a few weeks before he had projected. The project flowed consistently and the only time we waited on work to be continued was when we were waiting for the city inspectors (which was not in Daniel’s control). The project site was always kept clean and the workers were always pleasant and flexible.The project which was an extension of our kitchen and adding on three bedrooms and a bathroom, plus a beautiful pergola over a back patio, exceeded our expectations. Each detail was attended to until we were satisfied. Throughout the entire time that we worked together Daniel kept on re-iterating , “You are the customer and I just want to make you happy” and we saw that commitment come to fruition over and over again.I have already recommended him highly to a few people and two of those people already used him and were just as thrilled as we were. We will continue to recommend DYS Construction.

DYS is a very reliable company to do business with. They were quick to get the work done and they did it the right way. I highly recommend them for your next home project.They constructed a landing from my back door to the patio with stairs on two sides, a custom pergola, and replaced my front steps. All products are "maintenance-free" as I specified.I love my new front steps and the pergola and steps in the back are just as I envisioned.They were very respectful of my property and left the site cleaned of all debris. If there was an issue, a brief conversation quickly remedied the problem.I will be keeping DYS' phone number handy for any future home projects.
