My wife and I contacted Jeremy to have a full main floor remodel done, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. One benefit of working with them was having the helpful design input of Jeremy’s wife Angie and their design consultant Jodie. Angie and Jodie made the daunting task of choosing fixtures, colors, styles, et cetera almost effortless on the homeowners part. Jeremy’s many years in the industry allowed him to make suggestions to us which had never entered our mind, and resulted in a home which we could never have envisioned. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that all the members of Jeremy’s team were very professional and great to work with.
Freyenhagen remodeled our tri-level home into 3 properties for our family. We built an addition for my parents that is attached but has separate garage, living room, kitchen, garage, and entries so that they are completely independent, but we have an interior breezeway for them to enter our home. It's amazing to have the addition that is sound proof so we are not bothering each other. We share a deck and lawn for our dogs. Our daylight basement was remodeled to be an independent apartment for our grown daughter to live with her own living room and kitchen, separate door to outside as well. Last, we had the front of our house pushed out to add an office and an interior hallway to our garage.We are so incredibly thankful that we had Freyenhagen remodel this complex project. Very appreciated was that they were so patient and kind to our dogs during construction. We appreciated the clean up each night, the professional behavior from ALL workers and sub contractors, and the amazing kindness extended from the Freyenhagen staff when my father passed in the middle of the project. They went above and beyond to make sure that they could finish that addition for my mom so that she could move in with us ASAP. I cannot speak more highly of the communication, cleanliness, and design of this remodel.
Jeremy and all the staff were excellent, on time, and on budget. Our major interior remod project was meticulously designed and planned by their staff, finished TO THE DAY agreed, and workmanship was first rate. The staff on site were friendly and communicated well. Though the work took three months, they got NO complaints from neighbors about debris, trucks parking, or noise. We had some change orders, which were handled well and were reasonable in cost. They cleaned up every day. Accounting was transparent. Followup for the inevitable small problems occurring after completion was quick and effective. And after completion, we received a basket of Great Harvest goodies, a custom cutting board, and coffee cups. Yes, they were not cheap or cut rate, but we certainly got more than what we paid for!
