We asked Clearwater do an addition onto our house, to add a bonus room. It involved demolition of our roof in a bedroom and bathroom and then building on top of that area. It was crazy to have our bedroom exposed to the sky for a few days, but Clearwater got the new roof built and covered in only a few days, keeping us dry and the project moving. They were great to work with throughout—good people, good communication, a subcontractor team that follows them and felt trustworthy. The workmanship was excellent, the price was fair, and we love the new room (as well as the other side projects we added along the way). Definitely would recommend them!

Clearwater recently remodeled our Master Bathroom. I really appreciate their willingness to work within our budget and listen to our concerns. Kelly and Brandy had lots of good suggestions to not only keep us on budget but to also give us what we wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
We met Brandy at the home show in February and her bubbly personality won us over. The bid was in the middle of the pack and so we chose Clearwater. We remodeled our kitchen, great room, office space and dining. Brandy was great at negotiating decisions between my husband and I and made the process much easier. We are very happy with the result and the time frame. They didn’t tear our house apart until decisions and products were ready to go. We plan to continue with Clearwater in the future for bedrooms and bathrooms. We still need decor on the walls, but the transformation is amazing.
