Thank you for building our new kitchen. From taking care of the demo to the final touches, we are very happy with the end result. Your clear communication, timely updates, and attention to our needs made the process smooth and stress-free.We’re very pleased with the result and will gladly recommend your services.
Service relationship came to me through Wren. Bryan Contracting provided cabinet installation services plus additional work in my new kitchen. The work was efficent (completed in 2 days) and accurate. I was appreciative of the detail work on cabinet install. The cabinets look great and work perfectly. The additional work enabled dishwasher and microwave. Outstanding effort to complete service in one afternoon for plumbing and electric work. I cannot be happy with the work done by Bryan Contracting.
Installers were very good at their job. Perfectionist (thank you) but the lead installer attitude was not good. Every question we asked his response was “out of my scope of work”. His ego is beyond my understanding. It’s like he knew he was good at his job and therefor that give him the right to be condescending. I would have given 5 stars but because of him they get 3. He left all the card board behind because is “out of the scope of work”. Sad.
Our experience with Bryan Contracting company was AMAZING!!!! Being that they are a family operated company. It was so very evident how each person on staff was professional, well trained in their individual skill set and valued their own pride in providing the very best of craftsmanship. They were very knowledgeable and clear in foreseeing any problems that may have arise at any point of the renovation of our kitchen. They pointed out and guided us on correcting the issues occurred with sound advice for repairs which we appreciated. The team was always in communication with us. Also on time with scheduling and showing up. They were responsible, respectful and thoughtful with protecting the areas throughout our home while placing their materials and equipment during work time. Clean up was prefect every night so we could be comfortable in the evenings till the work was completed. We were so happy with their work that we are looking forward to doing other projects with Bryan contracting com. in our home in the near future. We have recommended their company to other friends and family with no hesitation. We also did our homework in consulting and comparing other contractors for price and experience and Bryan contracting company was the Best in cost and quality of services. THANK YOU Manny, Chris and Alex to name a few of the great gentlemen who give us our DREAM KITCHEN. WE LOVE IT!!! Our family said it should be posted in a magazine!!!!
Manny is a skilled contractor who can fix just about everything. His team did an amazing job on my bathroom for a rental apt -- full gut and install -- and they did it quickly! I did have to argue with him a bit about which mirror to put there and whether he could center the light above the sink. But he ended up doing what I asked. He fixed plumbing and everything. I have a tenant there now who hasn't had a single problem! His team also installed my kitchen cabinets from Wren Kitchens. There was an issue where they put in a cabinet but there was no outlet installed for the microwave. And also the microwave was installed with plastic still around it. I realized this a few days before my tenant moved in, and, to his credit, Manny came late at night and fixed the issue. There were other issues where plumbing should have been fixed before cabinets were installed, and we had to do some workarounds. So it wasn't perfect, but I think in the big picture, he's one of the best people out there, especially for the price (very reasonable).I did have some issues with his saying he would come at a certain time and then he would not come but someone from his team would come. And when I would call he would be in Bridgeport and not coming at all. But when there was a serious issue like the one with the microwave outlet, he showed up. And that's ultimately what was important. Both the bathroom and the kitchen look beautiful too!
