I asked him when can he come by to assess the job and he said today. I was completely surprised by his response. My prior interactions with contractors never produced that answer. He delivered on his promise and we negotiated a fair deal. Lemoy was prompt and punctual. He gave me an estimated completion date and finished the job within that time frame. I was extremely impressed when he worked on the 4th of July. It summed up his commitment level and objective to finish the job in a timely manner. Needless to say the finished product exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Lemoy and L.A.B Renovations. It has been the best experience I've had with any contractors and his skill level and workmanship is beyond reproach.
