I hired Kay2 as my general contractor to help with a renovating the rooftop of my home so that it would be able to support a hot tub. As part of the project they expanded the size and structure of the existing rooftop patio, replaced the existing patio flooring, levelled, and waterproofed it. They placed joists in the walls on all levels of the house below the hot tub and then craned up and hooked up the hot tub.

From planning to execution we worked on the project for around 1 year and when all was finished I was very happy with the final result. They took my vision and executed it perfectly.

The team at Kay2 were all incredible. Moe did such a meticulous job of making sure the roof patio was perfectly level, but slightly elevated to fit a gas line under it, and all waterproof; very talented. Trever was the ultimate handyman, fixing any deficiencies immediately if they arose. And huge shoutout to Suzette who coordinated the whole project with myself and her team of professional subcontractors (of which there were many.. plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, roofers, etc) who did great work all around. She was always reachable and communicative which goes a long way during a long and complex project.

Kay2 also stands by their work and will continue to fix any project related deficiencies should they arise in the future. Cost was always transparent and communicated to me in advance, and overall seemed quite fair.

Overall there is a reason that Kay2 has won awards in the past for their work, and I will absolutely continue to use them for any future projects!
