They knocked out a wall to open up our kitchen and living room, and the transformation is incredible. This is the second renovation we have done with Ultimate and could not be happier. The design process was extremely thorough and really helped us make selections that tied everything together. A big thanks to Miriam for her design insight and suggestions! The quality of work done was absolutely top notch as well. From tile to cabinetry and everything in between we are extremely happy with the result. Working with Chris as our project manager was also a great experience and a great price of mind that our interests were being well looked after. Absolutely in love with my new kitchen. I am a very particular person, and the team was so great at accommodating all my requests and different visions to create a beautiful and functional kitchen space. Special shout out to Tod, who helped me customize the perfect wood stain to compliment my green island (which is not for everyone but I was dead set on green and am still in love with the results). And also, a HUGE thank you to Christian, who executed the entire thing pretty much, I am in awe that you can build something so beautiful and have such an eye for the little details. Lastly, thank you to the whole team for building the kitchen of my dreams, it is so nice to come home to and cook in!
My wife and I were first introduced to the superb designing and workmanship of Ultimate Renovations 20 years ago (2004) when they renovated our award winning bungalow. It was a 4 month tear down and rebuild project and completed on time and on budget. To date the project has stood the test of time for quality and appearance.In the last two decades we have hired Ultimate 4 more times for major projects including converting the inclosed basement to a walkout, two upgraded bathrooms, complete rebuild of a lower laundry room and a most enjoyable 400 sq. foot outdoor living space with TV, BB-Q, cooktop, wood burning fireplace and overhead gas heater. We spend ample time outside for 6-7 months per year with this addition, dismissing the chilly Calgary summer and fall evenings.Of all the five jobs, we recently had the first call back for a issue under the laundry room floor. Although it was completed 4 years prior, Ultimate was quick to send out a crew and do a one day repair, hassle free and no charge.Once again Ultimate Renovations came through for us with their always professional and friendly employees.We highly recommend this Calgary based company for all you quality renovation needs.
