We had a big project renovating almost our entire house. Mike was great to work with and timely every step of the way. We had lots of changes in plan during construction due to unforeseeable things that were hidden with our house and Mike was great adapting his timeline with ours. His teams are professional as well. We had some issues with our accordion door opening and closing after the project was done almost a year later and structures have settled. We let him know and his team was back taking care of the issues quickly. Mike truly stands behind his work and we are glad we chose him for our biggest home renovation project yet. Mike and his crew did a beautiful job renovating our kitchen. They completed the job 3 years ago and the quality of the work continues to shine through. Countertop upgrades, some simple non-cabinet storage solutions, range hood installation, farmhouse sink installation with a touch-on faucet, new paint for everything and drywall reduction to really open it up- without significant structural impacts.
To this last point, our initial vision was a slightly more drastic open concept. Upon his first visit, Mike was in our attic assessing load-bearing elements, with a technical/business recommendation on-the-spot that ended up saving us many thousands of dollars while still achieving our goal. The other two contractors we invited to provide an estimate simply promised our vision, one with a crazy-low price tag and one crazy-high. We chose the contractor we felt presented themself with the highest business ethics and we have zero regrets.
Lastly, Mike's team is awesome. Really nice dudes that worked hard and never made a very intrusive process feel uncomfortable. They did what they said they'd do and got out in the promised amount of time. Great personalities who worked with us through all the mini-alterations we requested as the project progressed.
This review is long overdue, but if nothing else we have the assurance that the quality of the paint job, functionality of the hood and sink, countertop look and integrity have all been proven over time.

Commonwealth Contracting did an interior remodel of my home, and I could not have been more pleased with the results. Their work included remodeling two bathrooms, refinishing the hardwood floors, replacing the kitchen tile with matching hardwood, and repainting the entire interior—and they executed each project with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The highlight of the remodel was the master bathroom. They transformed it into a spa-like retreat with a spacious walk-in shower, framed by stunning glass doors. The tile work inside the shower is nothing short of beautiful—precise, elegant, and clearly done by someone who takes pride in their work.

Throughout the home, the hardwood floors were brought back to life with expert refinishing, and the kitchen now seamlessly flows into the rest of the house thanks to the removal of the old tile and the installation of gorgeous matching hardwood.
