Stratagem created a new kitchen and two baths for our family. It was a big project, significant investment, and enormous success! It's hard to believe the transformation of each space, which was in various states of disrepair from severe to total. We worked within the existing footprint and made complete replacement of every element. The end result is functional and beautiful.We are so grateful for our new old home. I doubt many companies can handle the challenges and quirks that such an old structure (1880) brings with it so well. Every room as it was unmasked presented unwelcome surprises, such as 'remedial' plumbing, rot, etc, but Stratagem anticipated these and fixed each as they arose. The quality of the build is excellent. The crew were so hardworking, professional, and friendly. Everyone I had communications with on the administrative end were also incredibly responsive. Embarking on renovations is stressful for any homeowner, I imagine, no matter what the circumstances are, but the experience of the whole team made the process very smooth for us. Truly the best!

I had such a wonderful experience with Stratagem and their sister company when they updated my kitchen that, after recently moving, I decided to use them again to add an electric fireplace and shelving to a blank wall in my new living room. Their work did not disappoint! The designer was so helpful in transplanting my vision into a beautiful design plan within my budget. The workmanship is excellent and the workmen that did the instillation and painting were professional, diligent, and friendly. Everyone at Stratagem from the owner, Mitch, to each person that works for him is helpful, thoughtful, and committed to doing good work. Having worked with them twice, I can confidently say that they are a delightful company to work with their work delivers beautiful results.
Outstanding communication and project management, friendly highly skilled team, great craftsmanship. Execution of the design prepared by their sister company, Habitar, was excellent as shown in the before and after photos.
Stratagem Construction has done work on a past kitchen remodel and recently a total guest bathroom remodel. Condo public hallways protected as well as all wood floors and carpets in condo.
