We were really happy with the work that Daniel and Third Generation did for us. We contacted them in late Summer with a goal to be done before the holidays, and they hit it for us. I was happy with every step of our kitchen remodeling project with Third Generation Restoration. The design team created a great new floor plan that utilized all of the kitchen space. What I thought would be a stressful process - picking out appliances, countertops, colors, cabinets - was an exciting process instead because of the ideas and expertise they gave me. My cabinets are just beautiful! They are so well made, just like a really good piece of furniture. Matt and Rob, the remodeling managers from Third Generation Remodeling, were here every day to oversee the project. They made 2 months of kitchen chaos livable, and my family actually looked forward to seeing them each day. They are great guys. Subcontractors were timely and left our home clean. Finally, Marcy coordinated the entire project to be smooth sailing. Daniel and his crew were fantastic. Seriously some of the best and kindest workers we’ve ever had. They were always so cheerful with our toddler who was very curious at what they were doing and would watch them at the door all day. Every time they entered they would wave, say hi and talk to him. It stood out to me because of how busy they were, they didn’t have to take the time to engage with him and make him smile. Definitely speaks to their character as a business!They did two projects for us and they turned out so well! They made a custom, modern range hood for our kitchen and remodeled our primary bathroom. They were super patient with us when we opted to do some of the work to cut costs as this bathroom was a bathroom refresh gone wrong and turned into a full remodel. Their work was fast and efficient! Daniel was always happy to hop on a call and talk through our concerns which was super appreciated.
