We bought our house in 2023 knowing it needed a lot of work. I can't speak highly enough about the experience we had with Nicholson Builders. We had there small projects team come out and do the flooring for the upstairs portion of the house. They were so great about keeping lines of communication open, keeping us updated and getting things done as efficiently as possible.We live in German Village and therefore have an old home. The upstairs flooring was bouncy and squeaky and those were the main reasons for the flooring update. I cant believe that they were able to get rid of every sinlge noise and every single uneven portion of flooring. They said they could snd they delivered in that. It has truly transformed the whole space.I also want to give a huge shout out to the team that came out and did the actual work. It's super important to feel comfortable with people who are coming into your home and these gentlemen were extremely nice, very professional and super tidy. The way they took care of every single detail and left the space looking not the same but BETTER than the way they found it was outstanding. You might pay a little more for the work that Nicholson Builders do, but you are definitely going to get the best results. We absolutely will be using them for our next project.
We have had quite a few projects performed by Nicholson Builders over the past couple of years, including the total rebuild of our brick front porch, the addition of a wooden ceiling in our foyer, a shower remodel with new tile, the addition of moulding on our stairway walls and the installation of a stainless-steel shelf on our rear deck. And we have several other future projects that we are planning to complete with Nicholson Builders. None of these projects are inexpensive nowadays, but knowing that a truly courteous, professional and experienced team is doing the work gives you tremendous peace of mind. This is the type of experience you will always receive from Nicholson Builders. From their office staff to their project managers to their technicians, you will never find a better group people to deal with. We love Nicholson Builders!
Nicholson renovated our kitchen last year and did an excellent job. They were really everything we could have asked for in a contractor. They offered the full range of services we needed, from consulting on the design to the many skills needed to complete the job with high quality. They communicated the schedule very clearly and delivered on time, all the while being cognizant and respectful of the fact that we were living in the house at the time.
