We’ve hired Steller for two renovation projects on our home and couldn’t be happier. The quality of the work is excellent but what sets them apart is the experience provided from their team. They were patient as we discussed several different ideas and took time to make a decision. The team wanted to make sure we were comfortable and never felt rushed. Living through a home renovation is always going to be challenging but the entire Steller team provided a great experience. From initial consults, design appointments, weekly schedules so you know who’s coming in and when, and the project manager being very responsive made our experience pretty seamless. Everyone who worked on our house was friendly and cleaned up before leaving for the day. Great people to work with, would recommend!
We hired Steller Construction to remodel our entire first floor and the upstairs bathroom, and they did an outstanding job. We were extremely impressed with their team from start to finish. Stellar Construction was amazing from the start with Jenna to the finish with Rob. The staff is as picky as I am when it come to details and offered many recommendations throughout the process. While the recommendations did cost us more in some cases, these were things we hadn't thought about with some of the finer details of the project. We had the bigger picture and, this is why you hire the professionals like this team, their expertise allows them to properly consult on the finer points. It was greatly appreciated and not once did we consider anything to be an upsell nor feel like they were trying to sell us anything - merely providing us some really great options throughout the process. After dealing with another contractor who the State of Ohio is going after, Stellar Construction is just that - stellar. I wouldn't recommend another contractor in the area and our house just looks amazing. Our new front porch is exactly what we wanted and our neighbors stop when they see us to compliment it.Included is a before picture and 2 after pictures. It's like night and day and I hardly recognize our home! I see it and think oh wow, that looks so nice! nearly driving past it!!!!
We wanted a complete overhaul the first floor of our 2021 MI home. From my first meeting with Jenna, I knew that Steller was the company we were going with. Professional, consultative, and not pushy! She was able to easily articulate the process and who would be involved in the planning. Tiffany and her calming presence was first up in the drafting and design process coming up with thoughtful drawings that matched what I requested and even some other ideas to maximize our storage and space that I couldn’t pass up. Cassie was such a critical piece of the design process start to finish! She is extremely knowledgeable and I value her opinion to make sure that our house is the home we love. Jason was a great project manager that was always available for questions and concerns - Quickly addressing any that we had. We could not be happier with how it turned out.
We used Steller for both our main floor and 2nd floor renovations and are very happy with the results. From beginning to end (and beginning to end again ??) they are the best! Every member of their team was very professional and prompt and they answered any questions we had. They worked with my crazy visions and made them happen! The list of positives that we could share about Steller Construction is quite extensive. Best decision we made was to hire them!
