Our project was extensive and involved a full kitchen remodel, a downstairs guest bathroom, new appliances, and removal and installation of hardwood floors across our entire first floor, including the dining room, front living room, and fireplaces. While I was initially apprehensive about taking on such a major renovation, Joe quickly won us over with his attentiveness, insight, and genuine desire to exceed every expectation.

Along the way, we uncovered several issues caused by prior work—ceiling leaks, window leaks, and plumbing errors from previous appliance installations.
