We chose ICO Construction after interviewing three different contractors, among the three contractors ICO was the most professional, and had the best gallery of previous projects to represent their work.Everyone we dealt with in ICO, was professional, courteous, respectful, and responsive. As many remodel projects do, ours grew in scope as it went along. ICO was very accommodating of these changes, and also very clear in communicating with us regarding the details of each change, which was also reflected in their documentation.While, the project took longer than expected, that was entirely due to holidays, ice storms, and changes in project scope. Our project manager, Or, was exceptionally helpful in making sure the project went as smooth as possible.We are more than satisfied with the final product, it has exceeded our expectations. Of course there were corrections along the way, but nothing that would prevent us from recommending ICO Construction to others, or using them for future projects. Their attention to customer satisfaction, is second to none.Highly recommended.
ICO created a beautiful walk in shower for me. Previously it was an old (original to the house) bathtub/shower combo that I detested. Working with ICO was great. They delivered on time, the workmanship was impeccable and they stayed on budget always communicating to me the costs of what I was asking for. I highly recommend them!

My kitchen was ugly, old, and not functional. I wanted something we could use as we got older (no low cabinets).We interviewed several companies and chose ICO because they had a great presentation and website photos.I am picky and wanted everything perfect. I added additional items during the project, and there were no complaints.
