We had North Dallas Renovations complete a remodel of a space that included a media room, secondary kitchen, and living room. It involved movement of plumbing in the foundation, electrical in the walls, and opening up the wall between two of those spaces. They had excellent communication before the project began, being respectful of our timeline and following up without being pushy. Their pricing is very clearly explained up front, with a complete breakdown of where every penny is going, including their overhead and profits. They won’t be the cheapest bid you get, but you definitely get what you pay for from them.

They did a wonderful job with the project. Their work blended in well with the existing home, and they were very accommodating of change orders over the course of the project. They also are happy to work with materials you provide yourself, making clear what parts of the warranty that will affect. Their crews were respectful of our property, and the project manager was very responsive to all forms of communication. If there are any concerns, they are quick to address them as soon as humanly possible.

They work very quickly, with the only delays taking place because the flooring we chose had some quality issues upon arrival and needing to be re-ordered, and we were also working around several holidays. We also added to the scope during the project, which impacted the timelines.

With this being our first renovation, we were extremely nervous about who would be working on our home and whether it would be obvious that work was done. That fear is gone now! Having been through this process now, we would not hesitate to use and recommend North Dallas Renovations in the future.

Our two months renovation with North Dallas Renovations is done last week. We are very happy and impressed with the process and the results. This is why we'd like to take time to write a review to share our experience here and several things that stood out to us.

1. During the renovation, they covered everything else so well and they cleaned the area they worked on every day. We lived in the house whole time during the renovation and never felt we couldn't stay there anymore or it's a big mess.
2. Our project manager Darrell seamlessly coordinated our project timeline with all the vendors. That's why our project is done earlier than what was expected. He also paid so much attention in the details and helped us push the vendors to do their best.

We would definitely recommend them!

Ron was every bit of professional, communicative and helpful in guiding us through our first major home project. We were nervous about updating our kitchen and baths because we only had other people’s experience and tv rehabs as reference. NDR was the 3rd potential contractor to walk through our house, but Collin and Armani were the first to hear us say, “We’re on a budget.” They sold us with assurance that this was our dwelling, and NDR only wanted us thrilled with the refresh in the end. The sales team set reasonable expectations and held our hands through the decision and prep phase. And then the work crew appeared and impressed us again. Eddy and Omar and their team work together like a machine. We were literally wowed, day after day, as they and other NDR crew applied their masterful craftsmanship. Polite, communicative, and respectful, the crew showed up every weekday for the duration. Our project manager, Darrell, was onsite regularly, and we were fortunate to have very few surprises or delays. So from the introductory handshake through the final payment, our experience with North Dallas Renovations has been exceptional. They don’t over promise and they deliver first class results. We love our updated home, and it has been our pleasure partnering with them.

North Dallas Renovations exceeded all of our expectations. We had a flood in the laundry room that required new hardwood floors, all new cabinetry in laundry and mudroom, master closet carpet and baseboard repair, and sanding and staining of entire lower level floors. They were incredible with every step of the process. Armani was very knowledgeable with insurance processes and Weston could not have been a better project manager. Any concern and every need we had were met with understanding and care. We are extremely pleased with our finished product and would choose them again in a heartbeat!
