I hired CS Home Solutions to perform numerous handyman jobs throughout my home. Initial communication was prompt and response times were reasonable. The rep who came to bid on the job was on time and more importantly, extremely friendly and knowledgable. He answered all of my questions and even provided helpful insights into other repairs I was performing on my own. Finally, the drywall and caulking jobs were executed with perfection.I feel like CS Home Solutions are a bit pricier than other contractors, but I'm happy to pay a little more for reliability and professionalism.
This crew has done a lot of work for me, family and friends over the years and they do a fantastic job every time. They are very versatile in what jobs they can tackle. They also have great communication, especially compared to other home contractors. Try them out the next time you have some work you need done around the house, you won't be disappointed.
I don't usually leave reviews unless I am very pleased or very upset with a situation. In this case I am extremely pleased. CS Home Solutions took care of a water heater replacement and floor damage in a way that was friendly, professional, and with very high quality work, including pictures of all stages of the job being included with the invoice. And their cost was significantly lower than the other bid that I got for the job. I have two rental houses that I manage myself and am very happy to have found them. They will be my "go to" for any future rental house problems and for my own home. Thanks to Steve and everyone at CS Home Solutions.
CS Home Solutions did a great job for us and it was very reasonable. Will absolutely use again. I’ve always struggles to find reliable, good handymen/construction workers and I think I will use them for here on out! It was such an easy process - I just sent pictures of the areas needing work and got an estimate.
