My experience with Urban Renovators for the finish out of our basement apartment was stellar. From the bidding process, to the design phase, to the actual construction work-I felt that I was in very capable hands from start to finish. Everyone that I met with or talked to on the phone from employees to contract workers-all very capable, flexible, friendly, courteous, and willing to listen to my questions, suggestions, and concerns, and then make adjustments if needed. The work they did on my basement apartment is beautiful and exactly what I expected-no shortcuts and no changes unless I was consulted first. I would absolutely hire Urban Renovators again and recommend them, as well.
Working in commercial real estate, while also having a strong interest in interior design and home renovations, I've worked with a lot of different vendors. I'm not even remotely exaggerating when I say that working with Urban Renovators has been the best experience I've EVER had, across the board, in both commercial and residential. From beginning to end both Ricardo and Rolando were so incredibly hands on and helpful when it came to achieving exactly what we wanted. I told them how much I wanted to spend and they did EVERYTHING in their power to make sure there were no change orders or surprises and that we would be right in budget. They communicated so well and made the entire process such a breeze. It all flew by so quickly and during the build out process we actually had some other work being done in our house by a person who turned out to be pretty shady. Not only did they go above and beyond for the project they were hired for, they saved us on the other work as well!!?? Thanks to them we were able to fire that contractor and have actual professionals get the work done. Between them, Ivan, and all the tradesman - we were so thrilled. Could not recommend them more!!!!

We hired Urban Renovators for our dream basement project in March of this year, and I can't compliment them enough on how great our experience was. Our project manager, Mike, was quick to answer or called back quickly. We did a living area with a poker room and a seated lounge area, a wet bar, a gym, and the most amazing bathroom complete with my dream shower/steam room. I highly recommend Ricardo, Rolando, Mike, and Ivan for any home remodel or basement remodel project you're planning.
