Just moved into our house in Highlands Ranch and needed the basement finished right away. Spent some time looking online for a GC and came across Tomer & Verified Builders. ChatGPT could not dig up anything negative about this company on any platform on the web and after working with him for the last ~2 months, now I know why. I liked Tomer from our initial meeting. He asked questions about my family and our lifestyle, how we would use the space now and how it might evolve in the future, and helped me come up with a layout with longevity.We ended up with a spectacular product. Bedroom & full bathroom, living room/play area, and home gym. Tomer was present throughout the project, checking on things in-person 2-3x per week and available 24/7 via text. We had no prior experience and aren't handy ourselves, so we had a LOT of questions. Tomer guided us through everything and was always happy to explain options and give his professional opinion. There were many times I said "It doesn't really matter to me; do whatever you think is best" and I never regretted it.Tomer's entire crew (drywall, carpenter, electrician, plumbers, painters, etc) was timely, considerate, and respectful. They were friendly and great with my kids, were quiet/gone by the hours we requested, worked insanely hard, and kept the site clean. They finished the project sooner than Tomer had estimated, and quality was absolutely not compromised.About halfway through the basement project, we decided to also hire Verified Builders to replace the hardwood and tile floors on our main level with LVP. Job was done in a day and floors look fantastic.
