We love our new kitchen! We spent a number of years putting this project off and we are very glad we didn't wait any longer. Paul, Garrett, Katie, Michelle and the entire team were excellent to work with - responsive to our questions and when challenges arose, they took the time to present us with all the options. As we encountered some unexpected issues along the way we needed to adjust our budget and timeline but in the end, we are pleased with the final product.

Paul and his entire team at Contact Renovations provided me with without a doubt, the best renovation experience I’ve ever had. This is certainly not my first renovation experience, but working with Contact Renovations, and the end result, have had such an enormous impact in the liveability of my space. It took my space from ‘meh to amazing’!
I have a definite decorative style and ensuring that was continued through my very open home was paramount.
Paul, along with his ‘design queen’ Michelle, all the elements we collaboratively brought together, helped to make my small kitchen ‘tweak’ far surpass even what I had envisioned.
The work completed was meticulous with every detail thoroughly checked regularly by my Project Manager Garrett, as well as at regular check-ins and final project completion by Paul.
Despite my job, being smaller than what Contact Renovations normally takes on, I was treated with the same respect as if I was their most important client.
All of Paul’s team members were respectful of my home, taking great care at the end of each work day to leave everything as clean as possible - tough to do with any renovation. In addition to my space, Contact’s staff members and any contractors required were cognizant of making certain all common areas within the building I live in, were also kept clean. Everyone remotely linked to my job was equally polite and respectful.

This was our first project with Contact Renovations, after seeing their work done at my parents house. Our second story was not updated when we did the main floor a few years ago, so it was looking old and tired. Paul and the team at Contact turned the design, by Michelle at Refresh Interiors, into reality, and the finished product is beyond our expectations. The team and all of the trades who came in were professional and the site was always kept clean. Their workmanship is excellent. Garret, the PM, was on top of the project from start to finish.
