Kendall and Sheldon, and their many decades of experience, have built an incredible team. As per their work shared on their websites, the quality and expertise of their design and craftsmanship speak for themselves, but a renovation is so much more than the finished product. A renovation is also defined by the experience and the process.

Our experience with Revolving Rooms and Diamond Contracting began in the fall of 2017. The first project involved completely gutting our main floor bedrooms/bathrooms (to the studs and up into the attic). We were so happy with them and their process that we proceeded to do a complete renovation to the other side of our main floor including our kitchen and living room. We could not be happier with not only the process working with Kendall and Sheldon and their team, but also the end result. We can't count how many times we have said how glad we are for our renovations with Kendall and Sheldon, and making our home so much more enjoyable!

It is now 2024 and we had an unexpected flooding issue. I did not hesitate to reach out to Sheldon for his insight and expertise. Although this additional renovation was unplanned, we are excited to work with Kendall and Sheldon and their team. We are excited for the design and planning stage, and the changes to come that will enhance our home along while having peace of mind knowing we are in the best of hands.

In addition to weekly communication emails detailing next steps to follow, they are on time and always treated our home with the utmost respect when working on site. Our experience with Diamond Contracting was flawless from start to finish. Our renovation process was a rather lengthy one. Most time was spent trying to find the right contractor/designer. After talking with three reputable contractors and four distinguished designers, we decided that Diamond was the best fit for us for many reasons.

The first reason was that Kendall listened with an open mind to achieve the look of our dreams. Instead of steering away from our dream, she refined it in ways that we never thought were possible.

Another reason was that they were extremely accommodating with us living in the house. They did a very good job of making us feel comfortable with no disturbance to our lifestyle. With a project of this magnitude, communication is key. We received weekly updates on what was to be happening in the house. This made living in the house very easy.

The Diamond team and other trade teams that came into the house were all very professional. We believe that this stems from how the company is run. Regardless of who was working in our house, they were all held to a very high standard set by Sheldon and Kendall.

There were two instances which perfectly described our experience with Diamond Contactors. One day, Sheldon came over to our house to take a look at the progress and saw something he didn't like. He then said "If it's not acceptable in my house then it's not acceptable in your house". Needless to say, it was corrected immediately. The other time was when one of the employees of one the trades said that "When we work in a Diamond house, the expectation level is very high."

Based on our experience, our children intend to use Diamond to bring their dream homes to life. We wholeheartedly recommend Diamond Contracting.

Hands down the best renovation company in Edmonton! Before we decided to renovate our house, we researched and interviewed many different companies.
