From the very beginning of our project to the final handover, the experience with “Harpreet bhai” Gur Khalsa Renovations was nothing short of excellent. His project management/customer service skills stood out at every stage—professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring our satisfaction.

The crew(Raj, Sukhi, Gurwinder) consistently arrived on time (8 AM – 6 PM) and worked with steady focus throughout the day. Their discipline was impressive—(i learnt thier core crew does not use any intoxicants/drink at all)—just honest hard work. It showed in both their attitude and the quality of their workmanship.

They took care of our home, protecting entry and exit areas with proper coverings to minimize disruption. On the administrative side, Gur Khalsa Renovations also handled all the permits and scheduled the necessary inspections, keeping us informed throughout. Any delays/no work days were due to the city’s inspection availability—not on their part—which gave us confidence the project was being done right.

The work was completed on time, with solid craftsmanship. Even when we requested a few minor changes, they were receptive and accommodating, handling everything without issue. And at handover, they went the extra mile by bringing in professional cleaners, leaving the space spotless and move-in ready.

Overall, it was a smooth, mostly stress-free experience. Gur Khalsa Renovations team sets a high bar for professionalism and craftsmanship, and I would not hesitate to hire them again - we have already recommended them to family and friends.
