Sean and Stacey at PB was great to work with from beginning to end for our primary en-suite renovation. They really worked with us to get our vision from concept to reality. All the trades/staff that we encountered were all kind and professional. The project was on-time and on budget which Priority Builder worked really hard to maintain. They are not the cheapest but if you are looking for quality work and for things to be done right, then I would highly recommend PB for your home improvement projects! My wife and I hired Priority Builders (PB) to develop our basement prior to having a baby this summer. Some before and after photos are below, and videos are saved on PB’s Instagram as well.
Work scope:Full basement development: main family room, built-in shelves, full bathroom, including reworking electrical, sound insulation, and all the usual trades (framing, tile, electrical, HVAC, mudding, paint, flooring, custom carpentry).
After looking and getting multiple quotes, Sean, Stacey, and the Priority team were an easy choice for our renovation. Their attention to detail in the walk-down, quoting, and general ease of conversation during a meet and greet all stood out against the other companies we obtained quotes from.
From start to finish, communication with PB was excellent, with frequent schedule updates, general updates, and texts and calls for anything that needed quicker resolution. Any project has minor issues to resolve throughout, and Sean and Chris navigated ours with ease, resolving them and any of our extra requests without issue. During the design phase, all the suppliers were very in the loop, knowing when we were coming, our names, budget, and project. This made picking out tile, flooring, and other materials seamless.Construction was completed as per schedule, mostly during the weekdays (weekend days were only as required and after we gave our blessing). Each trade was respectful of walking through the house, cleaning up the basement at the end of the day, and completing quality work. Good thing too, because Sean and Chris stopped in during the project routinely to check on progress, answer our questions, and ensure the work quality was up to the standard of PB.
Overall, we’d highly recommend Priority Builders for any renovation someone is looking to do! If we end up doing more renovations in the future, we will be reaching out to Sean, Stacey, and the Priority team for sure.
