It was not fun to have a prolonged disruption to our normal lives, yet it was made tolerable by the consistent and honest communication Ryan provided.From the first time we met with Ryan, he explained to us that there would be both anticipated and unanticipated challenges throughout the remodel. He was correct. There were many hiccups that occurred due to the nature of the work (turning two small bathrooms that needed extensive plumbing correction into one large and luxurious bathroom). With each issue that arose, Ryan talked us through what was going on and why, and the solution.Ryan was transparent in his communication with respect to the work process, cost, delays, and anything relevant to the work he did in our house. His communication style was direct and professional. There were never surprises about cost, as we regularly revisited the budget with Ryan.Above all, the work is stunning! High quality, functional, and gorgeous. I value Ryan’s ethical approach to conducting his business and establishing positive relationships with subcontractors that he trusts.
