Mazin, Karl and their team only have one goal when they start a project and that is 100 percent customer satisfaction. This goal is achieved with trades people with exceptional skills and workmanship, knowledge and communication to work through any issues orchanges that may come up. From their first visit to your home to the completion of your project they are completely invested, multiple site visits and always reachable. We had complete trust in Mazin and Karl and their team and they treated us and our home with complete respect. It was like working with trusted friends. My husband and I moved into our home 5 years ago and hired a company to install a second three piece bathroom that was costly. We ended up with a shower that did not drain properly and you were standing in a pool of water which finally resulted in mold all around the bottom of shower. The quality of workmanship was substandard in the original bathroom. We could not be happier with our new bathroom. I do not have pictures of first bathroom, only the new one.
My neighbours hired Elite to renovate their bathroom, and based on their recommendation I hired Elite to make a number of improvements to my house. This included replacing a (leaking) flat roof segment and the interior ceiling, replacing the main living space flooring, and a complete kitchen remodel (with all associated electrical and plumbing work).Throughout the process, Karl stayed in almost daily contact and dropped in at minimum 3-4 times a week. The day a new mattress was to be delivered, Karl showed up at 9am to clean the bedroom himself, to ensure that the space was safe and livable! He and his team really understood that while this was a job site to them, it is my home, and it was treated as such.When I waffled back and forth about new appliances and backsplash tiles, Karl and Mazin both offered their expertise to help me make smart decisions for my space.The schedule they provided was accurate within about a week for project completion. Any changes I requested to the scope were re-quoted and accommodated fairly (i.e. upgrading insulation, removal of painting from the quote). The teams that completed the work were courteous, tidy, and respectful. I would absolutely work with Karl and Mazin and their team again.
We got Elite Building & Construction to completely renovate our kitchen and dining room and the whole experience was excellent. New floors, counters, island, lights, the works.
