We hired Giovanni at Luxurious Construction to redo our bathroom, bedroom floor, and renovate our attic space into a home office.From the very first day of work, we knew we had picked a good company. It started with a meeting with the designer who rendered some designs based on our discussion and wants. The designer (Julie) did a fantastic job listening to us, giving us guidance, and making sure we were happy. She was honest about what would work and what would not work and came up with a flawless design before we got started.Giovanni, the owner, was hands on the entire way. Extremely responsive, listened, and was happy to make changes along the way. He had great ideas on the materials to use, the placement of items, and how it would all come together. This man is a fantastic person that went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We really didn’t have anything in terms of issues. There were a couple of things I thought may have been an issue along the way but Giovanni assured me it was normal and would come together at the end and he was 100% right. We trusted him and he more than lived up to that trust! The great thing was if we needed to go over something, he always made himself available and we would be at the house the same day. You can’t say that about most company owners!The guys doing the work showed up every day and worked long hours. We saw progress each and every step of the way and they were friendly and happy to answer questions. You could tell they were proud of the work and wanted to leave an immaculate final product we were happy with. Boy, did they do that!!Ultimately, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish and as you can see by the photos, they did a tremendous job that exceeded every single on of our expectations. Next construction job we have, I know who we will be calling. Thank you Giovanni and team for turning our dreams into a reality.
Great experience and results. Our project included the conversion of a storage room into a playroom, relocating walls, closet and roof. We got quotes from a couple of builders. Giovanni had a good price, interesting ideas and was very easy to interact with. We requested several change orders during the project, all of which were accommodated quickly and priced very fairly. A couple of things had to be adjusted during or after completion, all of which were completed promptly. What truly made the difference for us were the availability, the detailed explanations and advices and the overall great professionalism of Giovanni. We definitely intend to use his services again for future projects.
Giovanni and Jesse were fantastic. This is the second time we have used them. The first was to relocate a big light fixture, and this time it was to install a fireplace and mantel below our tv, as well as install ceiling fans in our kids’ bedrooms. I am very pleased with the shelves and cabinets installed by Luxurious Construction! They turned out beautiful just in time for my event. I was very appreciative of how he worked very hard to keep his word to have it done in time! He also repaired my bathroom shower, treated mold, and installed wood flooring in my office. It looks brand new and I love it! I will definitely be using his services in the future!
Wonderful work! Giovanni and his crew are legit! No shortcuts! And he really takes the time to listen and understand what you want done...We had an awful experience with a previous contractor, so we were hesitant to get a new one mid remodel, but he was just what we needed...He fixed the problems of the previous contractor, and he has specialists for everything, carpentry, brick mason, painter, etc...He doesn't just send a handyman to figure it out as they go. Not to mention, they did beautiful work on our home! We have other projects planned, and he and his crew will be the ones to do it! This is a great company that actually does wonderful, quality work. He will be our go-to! Highly recommend!!
