Got a concrete slab put in my backyard it is huge and my daughter loves it. It’s smother than my driveway making it easier to draw on and not so rough on bare feet. They also modified my breaker box so that my portable generator can power the entire house. He even showed me how it was done and let me video record him explaining how it works.

Okay I'm going negative stars, recent update is people drinking on the job! Found an empty beer can I'm my cabinets! And that's just the one I found! Wonder how many more I didn't find?!?

Nightmare scenario with little ownership. And time lines that are worthless. Learn from my mistakes. DO NOT USE THEM

Well it's still clown show here. We are on week 9 of the 2.5 week renovation. Andy lacked the ability to tell us any truths so we made over 30 phone calls and finally got a new project manager. It's gotten a little better but the mistakes and inability to keep timelines is still here. At this point it just feels like this is how they work. I had to ask them to fix the paper covering or stairs..... They didn't. I fell and landed on my hip. I didn't break anything but it hurt! Told them to fix it now! And they finally did. It's just been a nightmare

Not having a good experience so far. 5 weeks into a 2.5 week renovation (with a new projection of 7-8 weeks). Can't keep a timeline, promised everything done by the 12th. Then it was probably the week of the 22nd Now the week of October 6th. Andy the salesman/ project manager started off as a good dude! I would have invited him over for dinner ..... If I had a kitchen..... (invite has been rescinded).

Hired them on to do a kitchen reno and floor resurface and stain our floors. We added additional built in cabinets. Project was supposed to be 2 1/2 - 3 weeks long. Cool. They came in pretty quick and demo'd a wall then didn't come back for a couple days. Then demo'd the counters and then some time went by and they came and got the cabinets for painting. So far we're 32 days in and there has been 7 solid days of work. Workers show up at all times. And they are now working weekends to try and catch up. The one shining star so far was the flooring guy who did a really good job and communicated well. I feel like I'm in that nightmare scenario you hear about where nothing is happening but you're assed out about it. The only time we get outcomes is when we hound them for info. Even after talking to a "supervisor" there has been no change.

Hopefully the end product will add some stars

Project start date: August 25, 2025
Initial project completion date: September 12, 2025 – (3 weeks)
Anticipated actual project completion date: October 31, 2025 (10 weeks)

I was hoping this update would be to say the project is complete, but that is unfortunately not the case. Since my initial review on Facebook, the sales/project manager (Andy) has stopped coordinating with us completely and a higher-level project manager (David) has taken over as the go-between. The contractor (Marlon) has been fired and Henry is our new contractor. After my initial review, I made every attempt to get an update and completion date, to include making 19 calls to the phone number listed on the website, Andy, Guy (Andy’s manager in Sales), another number found on their website by my sister, and finally the number given to me by the initial sales caller to confirm the consultation appointment. That is how I was able to get in touch with David at their corporate office.

As of today (10/18) this is the list of things that still need to be completed, which looks a whole lot like the list I sent Andy on 9/26:
10/18: install island and pantry shelves and finish side of cabinet where oven is. It is currently 3pm and no one has showed up for this work.
10/20: island and doors and drawers painting
10/20: finish painting cabinets (The cabinets are painted in multiple shades due to cross contamination of the two colors being used in the sprayer, so they must re-work this)
???: countertop install for island, built-ins, and around window
???: sink, garbage disposal, appliances, cup rinser, cabinet hardware
???: electrical for pendant lights
???: finish floors including base boards by pop-out
???: smooth pop-out and finish area behind oven before painting
???: install oven vent hood
???: paint walls on 1st and second floor including garage and bathroom
???: project complete

I like working with David, but I don’t think he has any pull over the contractor to expedite the work. Personally, I’d be embarrassed if my customers had been waiting 9 weeks on cabinets, without a functioning kitchen to cook meals in. Additionally, the amount of rework that has to be done is insane. Other than moving the gas line for the oven, every other task has needed to be redone. For example, the drop down from the wall they removed still has to be sanded and painted, the paint where they patched the sheetrock was done in a different color and has to be repainted, the floors are not fully smooth and the flooring guy needs to come back to buff and seal again, the brand new vent hood was hung before the wall behind was finished and was taken down so the work could be done (it is now sitting and getting dusty when it could still be in the box), they ordered the wrong sink even after I sent the link for it, the granite was cut in the wrong place for the cup rinser and a larger whole will be made to accommodate it, the cabinet paint does not match and another coat has to be done after they already installed the doors and drawers, and the island was made too small to support the size of the granite and has to be extended (we discussed the size many times and even removed a wall to accommodate the size).

This renovation has gone on so long and my family has been going out to eat every single during this time. It is completely unacceptable! Each week, it seems like our new timeline is “another 2 weeks” and I’m so ready for this nightmare to be over. Update to come when this job is complete which I hope is very soon!
