AFS, a foundation repair company, was going to remove the decking in order to to clear the work area they needed. AFS ran into complications so they called R&M Home Renovations. AFS assured us R&M is a good company and had planned on using R&M to reconstruct the decking to begin with.R&M gaves us a call, explained the situation and told us what they would charge after accessing the pictures AFS had sent to them.When R&M got to the job site they faced a bigger challenge than they had realized.I will say they meet that unexpected challenge, over came it, and got the job done with in a reasonable time frame.AFS came back got their job done and now R&M will be called back to do the job AFS had originally intended them to do.I have all confidence that they will do their job as quickly and professionally as they did before.I would recommend both companies should you need their services. Both companies do a great job, are reasonably priced, and offer a good payment program.
R&M did a very good job at renovating our front a back deck, chimney and painteed the entire exterior house. Ricardo was very accommodating towards our request and completed the entire job in a timely manner. I will definately seek them out for other projects and recommend to family and friends.
We needed flooring in an office and a bonus room converted to a bedroom after our newborn decided to arrive a couple of months early. I messaged Ricardo over the weekend and he replied and was at my house Monday morning to listen to what we wanted and to provide an estimate. The week after he started work. I was very impressed with his responsiveness and the pride he and his crew take in the quality of their work. They are intent on providing a great product and communicate very well when discussing options. Bottom line is, they show up when they say they will, work hard, and are great people. I would recommend him without reservation and will certainly be using him for any future projects we have.
Ricardo and his crew did a great job removing an old two story deck and installing a beautiful new one that is leak-proof. I wanted to cement underneath and he coordinated that as well as new electrical work. I am now working with him to design a large lower deck replacement. It is great to find someone who is reasonably priced, knowledgeable and inventive. I recommend R&M Home Renovations highly and I will be using them again in the near future.
