We are extremely happy with the work that Fairchild completed in our home! We appreciated the process in formulating the scope of the project and the transparent pricing. Our project entailed removing a weight bearing wall in order to open up the Living Room/Kitchen and starting fresh from the studs. Our home was built in the mid/late 70's and although Marc did a thorough inspection prior to the estimate, we both knew there would be "Unseen" issues that would need to be addressed. These issues were addressed at a very reasonable price.Derek was our PM and he was always willing to take the time to explain what was being done and what needed to be done to make the project a success. Marc was great to work with throughout the entire project. Helped us work with our insurance company in order to get what we needed. They did a great job installing our new roof and where very fast and cleaned everything up afterwards. Even moved my grills around to keep them safe from falling debris during the install. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their house.
