Grace Renovation did an absolutely amazing job on our basement repair. After some flooding and carpet tear out, Gulliver and his team were able to get us back to looking new. Removed old flooring that Servpro left behind cleaned up messes they made and restored the basement to tip top shape. Would recommend Grace Renovation to anyone looking to get a remodel done or needing repairs after damage!
Grace Renovations is the best interior painting and renovation team I know of in Indianapolis. Run by Gulliver, who is extraordinarily honest and reliable, someone who is satisfied with the job only when it comes out perfect, everyone working for Grace is superbly talented. In my home, more than 100 years old, Grace skimmed walls, repaired ceilings, textured surfaces, replaced cracked plaster ceilings, and painted, with a result that made my home look as if it was brand new. They go beyond what any proposal identifies - if Gulliver sees something that he feels needs to look better, then he takes care of it at no extra charge. I can't recommend this good and decent man and his company enough. If you have a project in your home and want the best, then hire Grace. You will be glad you did. Cheers.
