Dylan does fantastic work. Dylan and his guy was able to repair my fence that needed significant work in a very timely manner and everything was clean. He and his guy absolutely nailed it. Not only that, Dylan worked on opening a space for my fridge to fit in within my cabinets. Again, he did solid work that I could not be any more happier with. Thank you so much! If you have any carpenter needs, give these guys a call. If I need one, I am going to him.
I would recommend Dylan to anyone. I called him on a Monday night in distress because another contractor by the name of Donald Gray from Bulldog Construction ghosted me. Dylan came the very next day and demolished the previous work, on the next day which was a Wednesday afternoon him and his worker Billy came and to me and my husband surprised completed the living room within four hours. The final day Thursday they only had the hallway and it took right at three hours. Dylan and his team did an amazing job and he is very affordable and very knowledgeable.
This will be a long review because I want to be sure to capture the GREAT job Dylan and Jamie did to the bathroom renovations for my family home. Our home was built in the 1970s with all original galvanized iron pipe plumbing and wood beam supports underneath the home and that still didn't prevent them from completing the project. I had originally hired another contractor who started and then ghosted me after receiving initial payments. I found Dylan company and explained what happened and he was more than understanding and willing to began working on the same day he came out for his initial site visit. They worked on this project every day and provided me daily updates and pictures of work completed. Due to age of home this project had all kinds of hiccups but Dylan/Jamie without hesitation was able to adjust as different things kept coming up. They made sure that anything they could do to help fix issues even when it wasn't part of the original project scope they did. For this I would HIGHLY recommend Magnolia Custom Innovations for any and all you home improvement projects. They worked LONG hours, Professional, Keep me Updated, On time, and will do whatever to make sure you are happy with the work. He gave me an estimated timeframe for completion and worked diligently every day to make sure to meet that timeframe. The fact the house as a whole was old and in need of a lot of work, I was nervous about the project completion but Dylan/Jamie went far beyond what I could have asked and never complained or gave up. My family and I are very thankful and grateful to Dylan and Jamie for not giving up and staying with the project until completion. The attached pictures are what the previous contractor left me with and then the other is the completed work after Dylan and his team were done.
Dylan and his team did an absolutely amazing job of remodeling our '70s era bathroom. Add impeccable carpentry and tile work (beautiful tile-topped birchwood vanity) to patient and persistent plumbing (broken toilet flange and rusty old iron pipes) as well as careful and complete touch-up/clean up, and you get a GREAT JOB! And when that great job is done by workmen who are unfailingly polite and genuinely concerned with providing excellent service and an excellent product at a reasonable price, you get EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS like us. Wow! Dylan and his team are no joke. They came out to replace exterior steps for my mother and they were fast, and their work is top notch. Excellent pricing, too! They even cleaned up after themselves. I’ll definitely be calling for more carpentry work for my mom’s house and my own. (See before and after pics)
