We were extremely pleased with J. Lane Construction in the build out of our restaurant. Their initial fee quote was reasonable and their proposed timeline for completion of the job was very reasonable. Their overall communication of job status was very good and was aided by their use of the Builder Trend software. As often happens in any build out, there were unexpected circumstances that were were encountered. J. Lane provided very timely communication of these issues, the timeline to resolve and the costs for any change order that might be required to address the issue. We really appreciated Mark Pullen and his attention to our job. In addition we thought Josh Soule was an outstanding job site coordinator and would want these guys on any future sites we develop.

Working with J Lane was a wonderful experience. They communicated with me every step of the way, worked very well with my designer and worked diligently to keep my budget in line. This building is a high end finished art gallery and design space. It had to be very well done. I am pleased with the work J Lane did, how they responded to my concerns during the build and how they were able to navigate any issues, especially with the city! In todays world it seems everything takes days or weeks to resolve, so I was very pleased with how quickly Jesse got back to me to help me out.
