It's been almost a year since I wrote my first review for King Street Construction. When I wrote that review, my tenant had just moved into the first ADU Kevin and the team had built for me. Since then, they've completed the second and third ADUs. I moved into the second one in September and the third one will be occupied tomorrow. The first two ADUs were the one-bedroom model and the third one is the two-bedroom model.All three ADUs are in Guelph. No matter what random changes the city added to the permit from the one before or what the weather sent our way, Kevin adjusted and still finished in four months.In each instance Kevin and his team provided excellent service and delivered outstanding results. I think the best review is that we've complete three ADUs together and we are planning the fourth.
These guys are fantastic too work with. Initial contact was smooth and easy. They arrived on time, answered all my questions and gave feedback and suggestions for my work.Quote was quick and accurate. One delay due to manufacturer but Kevin let me know as soon as he knew what was happening.And on the coldest week of the year they turned up, started work quickly and efficiently (Window replacement). Keeping in mind how cold it was they had each ne window at the opening before removing the old frame, minimizing heat loss in the home.Cleaning the site as they left for the day and respectful when entering and exiting the property.Could not have asked for a smoother install. I will reach out to them again if I need more work. Highly Recommended
