I want to break it down into Customer Service (Before, During and After) and Work done.The "customer service" level is top-notch during all project. The information shared at the start of the project was very clean/easy to understand, even for me, who had no clue. The roadmap to getting me up and running was outlined at the start and followed to the dot, and even provided me with updates on minor adjustments. The best part is when Cass explains the adjustment, you understand the reasoning even if you're outside the line of business. It is good to see a Business owner put the time into offering an experience that, due to a broken washroom and a problem at home, and a negative time to a positive experience because they care about their Work and how they do it.The Quality of Work: It was excellent; Cass provided the timeline and followed the T with insane quality. Even after a week of construction, the house was clean because they used quality materials, took care of your stuff, and cleaned it every single day. Also, you can see that they invest in quality material to deliver quality work and all the gadgets needed to deliver the Work without running to Home Depot to get a rental every day or second day. Cass also has more batteries for his tools than I have forks and knives at home.It makes it easy when you hire quality contractors and contractors that care.
