We built our first house with Graham Smith Construction and love how customizable the homes are! We considered other builders that only offered two different packages for selections. With GSC, we were able to choose absolutely anything and everything. Austin was a huge help when making our selections, and we really appreciated how she helped us get the look we wanted while also staying on budget. Joe was also very easy to work, and it’s been nice to have him as a direct contact for any questions or concerns.

We absolutely love our home and are so thankful for the team at Graham Smith! Austin and Joe were so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. As the company’s designer, Austin really helped me bring my dream home to life, and offered professional advice to ensure that everything would flow nicely. Joe oversaw everything and made sure that all the additions we chose were done properly and to our liking. Graham Smith offers the highest quality in both people and product. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I decided to build for our first home and we loved the area of Midtown Bryant. Graham Smith was very responsive to any concerns we had while building and Joe and Austin delivered! We loved being able to incorporate a part of who we are and what we wanted for our growing family all the way down to the dog shower! Our twins were born in June 2022 and we closed on my birthday in October. We were able to move in a month early due to our apt lease ending and they were very accommodating. Overall, I feel they do a great job with craftsman style homes and will do everything to make your experience a good one. We love our home and will spend several years here! Thanks again!!

We purchased our new before it was ready. We worked closely with Bud and Will the final 6 weeks to make sure the house was ready to move into. We had some special requests to add. Bookshelves, bath tub, fencing and a generator. They made sure all this was added to the amount of work to be done. We were pleased everything came together at the appropriate time and we were able to close and move into our new dream home. 7 Months later we are pleased with the house and the continued support from the Bud, Will and the Graham Smith company

Joe & Austin were so much fun to work with! My fiancé and I moved to Arkansas from California and bought our first home which was a new construction build by Graham Smith. When we bought it only the frame was up so we got the opportunity to completely make it our own. Austin was the sweetest!! We really enjoyed shopping with her and could always count on her creative input to ensure the choices we made were cohesive! Joe was really great at making sure he hired quality workers to build our house inside & out. He also made sure our architectural designs were executed perfectly by giving us a dream master closet & figuring out how to give us a frame over the fireplace so that our TV could sit inside the wall! They both were very responsive, and provided us with constant updates on the building process. Graham Smith Construction was also so gracious in letting us move in Christmas Eve which was a little over a week before we could close. That was the best Christmas gift ever!! They not only build beautiful houses, but they have amazing hospitality! Thank you again Austin, Joe and your whole team for all the hard work you all put into our gorgeous home. We absolutely LOVE IT!
