We worked with Stronghold on 2 remodeling projects including a full remodel of our master bath, floors in bedrooms and baths and new fixtures in all the baths. Adam did a great job of communicating and coordinating the project. He was very responsive, addressed any concerns we had and offered realistic solutions. My husband and I were general contractors for 35 years and fully appreciate how difficult coordinating subcontractors, employees and customers schedules can be. If you need any sort of home project done, Stronghold is the way to go. We used them for a bathroom remodel & the work was amazing. They use an app for scheduling/communication which makes it easy for everyone involved. This is a great company ran by great people & they truly care about their customers. Shortly after our remodel was completed, we needed to make some adjustments to accommodate a new medical diagnosis. Not only did they offer prayers/support throughout this change, they also added grab bars to the bathroom completely free of charge. You will not find a better company for your remodeling needs.
Oh, where to begin? From the first point of contact w/ Nateley, to an in-person consult w/ Justen and Nateley, to Chris w/ the wiring, to Tim w/ the woodworking, to Sam with the finishing touches, to Sergio w/ the painting, and to Adam w/ the project management, the entire team did an excellent job executing our vision throughout our home. Their communication was clear and they did a great job keeping us up to date on different projects. We always knew who was walking into our home beforehand and once the project started they kept to their timeline, even finishing up a bit early. We had a very minor issue w/ the paint job and Adam made sure it was corrected immediately. We definitely would not hesitate to use them again for other projects and have already started referring them to others. Thank you, Stronghold!
