Was interested in selling my property and had violations that accumulated fines for years . Let me tell you the situation wasn’t great . Got referred to elbaz construction by a friend .. couldn’t been happier with their violation repair service . In less then 4 month they removed a lot of the fines and got to an agreement with the city and I had all my violations removed and was able to sell my property . They promised and delivered . I’ve been wanting to renovate my kitchen for a long time but I didn’t know where to start.My friends recommended Elbaz construction and I’m so glad I picked them!!They did an amazing job and were very efficient and progressional regarding finish materials and design.Sean was very professional and knowledgeable. Considering the fact that I don’t really understand much about construction and renovations I was nervous to find the right contractor and I’m so relieved that I picked him and Elbaz Construction.I really appreciate the help the house came out beautiful everything is on point very good work!!!!Highly recommend
Sean Elbaz Owner/President of Elbaz Construction has left me with a disastrous bathroom renovation experience that's still incomplete five months later, despite paying over the agreed-upon cost, with subpar workmanship and my unit left in disarray with construction trash.Sean hired workers he owed money to for the bathroom renovation. Unfortunately, this led to a lack of motivation, resulting in poor work quality, irregular work hours, and no cleanup. I even had to cover the cost of construction materials from Home Depot, as Sean Elbaz didn't provide them. I had to pay for construction trash removal and cleanup.I question the legitimacy of Sean Elbaz Construction's positive 5-star rating over the last 5 months, given that my bathroom renovation has been delayed for 5 months and the workmanship, once finally initiated, has been subpar.I hope this review helps inform those considering Elbaz Construction for their renovation needs.

I paid a lot of money to this company for my bathroom renovation . And I was very disappointed with my shower floor and other details . I talked to the owner , he said, he will fix it , but that never happened. He did not returned my calls. I paid more than 14G . without the materials, I bought the materials. The grout started coming apart. Those people don’t care about their customers satisfaction, they are here just for the money. Very unprofessional. I’m leaving some pictures.
