I was excited to work with this company because of all the five star reviews and the guarantee that what I needed wouldbe executed with precision. Lesson learned. As any home renovation entails, of course there were a few bumps in the road & when I addressed them they were resolved. Only after hear ing things like “Well this wasn’t primarily done because cosmetics it was done out of necessity.” Another was (and I am paraphrasing) that level of attention I wanted /seeking was only contingent upon South Brach prices. I have cracked tiles that, still have problem areas on walls that I paid to be “resurfaced” and it of all a deep level of regret because I now have to search for someone else to finish the third phase of our renovation. The customer is not always right but there is a way to speak to people & apparently one can’t buy class. Nevertheless, the quality of work speaks for itself. I’m not saying to hire them just make sure you have South Beach money because those projects seem to be the only ones that obtain the higher level of attention. The politics to leave everything looking better than the way it was found. I shouldn’t have to be pointing out laziness, haphazardness and indiscretions. Total lack of respect for the client. All be cause I “wasn’t paying south beach prices” as per Elias.
