On June 27, 2024, while out of town I received a call that my rental property was on fire and that the tenants would have to relocate. I received a call from several companies but decided to go with GSI General Inc because I had heard that they could handle the type of damages that I had. Sure enough, Bennie Clark and his team came in and did a great job.He sat down with me to lay out the scope of the project and how each stage would be completed.This has been over a 9-month process, but I was always being updated and sent company cam photos of the property during various stages. In addition, I wanted to make some changes during the rebuild and Mr. Clark would walk me through the cost impact of those changes and also ensure that aesthetically it made sense to move forward.I'm always leery of contractors following through on a project if there are issues; however, Mr. Clark took care of issues that came up and made sure that i was good.If you're looking for a reputable company that does good work and has a good team of people working with him, I would suggest GSI General Inc.If I ever have a need in the future, I'm definitely going to reach out to Mr. Clark because not only will I be taken care of I'll actually learn something throughout the process.
