I don't know what the hype is about. ZERO after sales service and bad job by their contractors. It's been 2 years I called this company for someone to fix my roof. It's 2 years I get leaks in my house. The first year, it took 10 months for them to come and repair it. My customer rep was NO help. I was asking for the contractor to call me back to fix my roof, he kept on telling me he will or "else"... he can lose the contract with Reno Assistance. LIES !eventually he did come after 10 months and took care of it. This year, I have another issue. 6 months and counting. The rep from Reno Assistance doesn't respond, you ask for a manager they tell you "no" or "there isn't any". WOW ! And NO OTHER REP wants to take over. You need your initial rep. I can't believe it ! 15k wasted and now I need to get an independent company to fix my roof.
We wanted to renovate our bathroom, which was the original from when the house has build in the 1950s. He have been burned by bad contractors before, even ones recommended by friends, so we decided to use RenoAssistance and we are very glad we did. They provided us with several companies who made quotes within our budget, and made it easy for us to choose. We are very happy with the results, and would recommend this service to anyone looking for a contractor.
After searching for a long time and working with unprofessional and amateurs who claimed they know about renovation and they can do the job, I was totally desperate but finally I found RenoAssistantnce and worked with Teddy. It was excellent. He did exactly as promised in their website. He did follow-up but not in a way to get on my nerve! Just to make sure that everything is on the right track. The all three recommended Renovating Companies were capable and punctual to visit my place and discussed the project. Eventually, we decided to go on with one of them and today is the first day of starting our project. They came on time and everything goes as planned. Thanks Teddy.
