We had some damage to our kitchen after a leak and worked with Scott Nussmeyer at Ascension on all of our repairs. Scott was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job working with the insurance company to make sure we were covered for everything that was damaged. We went through multiple iterations of the estimate once additional work was uncovered, and Scott was always super fast to get everything updated. Once they started the work they were done fast! Scott stopped by our house to check in many times, and was always available over the phone when we needed him, even on weekends. I was glad we were able to work with Scott and Ascension and would definitely use them for future needs.
Worked with the Ascension General contracting/ServPro group doing reconstruction post a fire in my home. They were incredibly helpful and supportive as we worked through complex insurance issues checking in with us regularly to see if they could get the work started. It felt like Scott Nussmeyer, our assigned Project Manager, became a trusted friend in a very difficult time. He was very responsive and kept me informed.Once they were able to get started the work progressed very quickly. The on-site team worked incredibly hard and we’re respectful of our house. At one point I actually had to call Scott and ask if they were going to go home because it was after 7PM and they were still hard at it. They also came in on the weekend and offered to work a holiday to get the job done since we waited over 4 months to get approval to begin the work. The house looks like a fire never happened. They did such a great job and I am truly grateful to have such a wonderful team available.

Ryan and Elijah communicated regularly and addressed all of my concerns. They also worked in a very timely manner. A 6-8 week job was completed in two weeks and ran so smoothly and efficiently.
