I would highly recommend hiring Prizm for your home renovation job! Thao was amazing to work with. He was very patient when answering my *many* questions, had great suggestions to offer along the way, and was always very responsive. His pricing is extremely competitive and he even finished our renovation AHEAD of schedule (which never happens)! We had Thao and his team paint our guest room and build in floor to ceiling bookshelves, build a kitchen island and hood vent and paint the cabinets and install backsplash tiles, completely redo our bathroom, replace our iron staircase railing with a wooden railing, and redo our primary closet. We are so so happy with how all of our renovation projects came out. Thao's craftsmanship and attention to detail definitely shows. I used Prizm construction for a shower renovation. They did an incredible job- not only does it look amazing but Thao and his whole team made the process so smooth. He was great with communicating the entire time-answering all of my questions quickly and explaining everything so well. They also painted my bathroom cabinets and those came out beautiful! It was the best experience I have had with a construction company and I look forward to using them in the future! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Prizm has an excellent team. They are knowledgeable and they handled all the details of a bathroom renovation for us— we live out of state. It never once felt stressful. They had great ideas and always felt like I could get quick response if I had a question. They also did a ton of intricate tile work in the kitchen which was done perfectly. Will definitely keep these guys in mind for future projects.
My husband and I initially hired Thao to renovate the bathroom on our rental side and had an amazing experience. The work was done quickly with high quality and at a great price. Following the bathroom renovation, we also hired Thao to complete renovations on the owner side of our property (after a different contractor ditched the job). Our timeline was tight and once again, Thao was able to meet the deadline and was beyond patient with our frequent questions and last minute requests/changes.
