Working with Magnolia was a professional experience from start to finish. I was able to get a clear estimate of how much our project would cost, which I wasn't able to get at some other contractors I spoke to. With such a big footprint in the NJ renovation space, I wasn't sure what to expect on pricing but found their estimates comparable with all the other contractors we spoke to. The pricing explanations were always clear, and for the times when we needed to make adjustments for budget they were right there with thoughtful suggestions on alternatives. Our project managers went to bat for us several times with the vendors, which was very appreciated and made us feel like we always had a professional on our side. Clearly experts at what they do, the team at Magnolia was easy and fun to work with. Zero upselling and they were extremely respectful of our budget. We had some tricky challenges with parts of our project, but Magnolia was able to facilitate those conversations for us and help us understand ripple effects of our decisions. As a first-time renovator that made a huge difference in the entire project and was very appreciated. Magnolia performed our kitchen remodel about a year ago. We are pleased with how it turned out and how everything has held up so far. We didnt want to change the footprint of the house and they were able to make it happen. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but it feels like we can do more than before with how it turned out. We had an overall fantastic experience with Magnolia Home Remodeling. We had old brick and slate steps with a portico that needed replacing, as well as siding that needed updating. From the very first conversation with the team, I felt supported that they could make my vision come true.
Each trade that came to work each phase of the project were there on time, friendly, put in full days in some cold weather (December/January) and kept the worksite neat and safe. Between the project managers, Maryanne and Bob, we were kept up to date on progress, inspections and completion. Always available for any questions that I had.

Highly recommend Magnolia! Can’t say enough good things! They completed a front porch for us recently, and it was a pleasure working with them. The project managers were awesome, always keeping us informed. Dave M was fantastic, great communication and super helpful, went above and beyond multiple times. Jesse, Megan, Nichole, Casey, Vic… I’m sure I’m missing some people… but they were all so nice and easy to work with! We stayed in budget & done by Christmas (the goal!). The team was always punctual, and due very clean work! We’ve already gotten so many compliments on our porch, and we just love it!!!
