The ECR team was amazing to work with. We are very big on communication and they did not disappoint. Chris, Matt and his brothers kept us in the loop on everything. We had our second story deck replaced with composite and added a screened in room. They were great about listening to our wants and offering their opinions when asked to weigh in. They took care of all the permits and inspections needed, so we just got to sit back and enjoy the transformation.
Matthew and Chris were so easy to work with. Our deck remodel turned into a more of a job than we thought. But they kept us well informed on the progress of getting a permit from the city. They wanted to make sure to complete the job correctly unlike the previous company that installed our deck the first time. The wait was so worth it when new deck was done.
