Yuri and his team did excellent work at my mom’s house as we prepared it for sale after my stepdad’s passing. It was stuck in the 1960s. It needed a complete gut of the kitchen and bathrooms along with removing a wall, new floors, etc. They were very professional and did the job very quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
I contacted Standard Construction to help me with a few projects around the house. I had a handyman here prior and there were some things that he was having a hard time with and wasn’t able to do. These guys came in and were able to get it done and very quickly. The did a great job and I will be contacting them again for future projects.

The crew of Standard Construction went above and beyond on my project. It was a great experience from the sale to the finish of the project. The crew was polite and knowledgeable, cleaned their work area everyday. The project entailed living room/dining room ceiling, replaced living room walls, replaced all electric and painted bathroom walls and ceiling, installed new floor tile and fixtures. Everything exceeded my expectations.
Just want to put this at the very beginning that Yuri and his team did an absolutely fantastic job on giving my house a new life. I initially got in contact with Yuri for some simple drywall repair, which led to painting the whole interior of the house, and then popcorn ceiling removal and repainting the ceiling. Yuri is very responsible and knowledgeable by checking in everyday for the progress of the project. His team is very professional and most importantly very nice.
