Brief preface: I grew up around sketchy contractors who would do okay remodel work that sometimes made your tub leak into your kitchen. I myself have done tile and drywall, so I can generally notice shortcuts or shoddy work. I selected Enlightened Remodeling after vetting about half a dozen firms.

With that in mind, my fiance and I recommend Enlightened Remodeling wholeheartedly. We are very impressed with and have a lot of trust in Alex and the crew (Don, TG). We took the majority of Alex's recommendations for design and product selection, and the crew had multiple ideas during the build process that created a complete, cohesive vision. They laid some of the best tile I have seen, preserved our tile floor, and took care when measuring and installing everything. This was all done in a 101 year old house that doesn't have any straight walls or right angles.

As contractors, they always checked their work and ensured that each area functioned individually while considering how it could interact with the bathroom as a system. They relocated plumbing to underneath the floor, replaced the window with beautiful glass block, installed a ventilation system, changed locations of lights, drywalled, wallpapered, and tiled gorgeously. Any mistake they made (there were very few) was immediately noticed and corrected with little intervention needed from us. Alex made himself easily available and Don readily answered questions about their process / progress and if they encountered any set backs.

TLDR: If you are considering using West Shore Home, Bath Fitter, etc, make an inquiry with Enlightened Remodeling. Their team showed mastery of craft, delivered top tier results, and did it at a genuinely fair price point. Let the photos speak for themselves!
