They inspected our old deck and it was decided that we needed a new one for safety of us and our children and they helped us with quotes for every design we were thinking of and even offered their insights. When it came time to build the deck they kept us in the loop the whole time and the crew was super nice. After seeing them walk on the deck as they were still building it we knew that not only is their work solid but they trust it. Our kids had a blast watching them build our deck. The attention to detail that they had with the construction really stood out to us with them sanding down the handrails and rounding them so it wouldn’t be a hard corner was the cherry on top. If we ever need work again we will be calling them.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with ERS! We wanted to enclose the bottom of our porch and could not be happier with the results. It was a pleasure working with ERS Construction. The leak in my roof was fixed and it was just in a nick of time before the terrible winter weather hit to cause more damage. The roofer was very pleasant and finished the work within 2 days. I would definitely recommend ERS Construction for roof repairs!
We had a full front porch with a roof built and are really happy with how it turned out. Daniel was our product manager and did a great job coordinating everything and keeping the project moving with all the different vendors.The quality of the work at every stage was excellent, and it’s clear the porch was built to last. A few small issues came up along the way (which is totally normal for a project this size), but they were handled quickly and professionally.The finished porch looks even better than we expected. The triangular gable in the center and the three wood pillars give it so much character, and they also repaired some siding with wood so everything looked clean and ready for paint/stain. We were able to have some changes done during the project such as adding electrical and ceiling fans. Daniel even added mulch at the end himself, which was such a nice extra touch.Great family-owned business. Would definitely recommend!
The assignment was to tear down a dilapidated 10’ x 10’ deck and construct a new one that spans from one corner of the house to the opposite corner. I envisioned a screened section, an open section with a roof, and a small, open area for grilling. Additionally, I wanted a set of double windows removed and replaced with a sliding glass door, as well as the replacement of an old backdoor and storm door.Throughout the entire process, the ERS team proved to be an exceptional team to work with. Dylan and Coz diligently helped bring my ideas to life and designed the deck of my dreams. Daniel and his team then brought the design to life, ensuring effective communication and clear expectations at every step.
