Customers frequently mention strong results on bathroom and shower projects, with clean tile work and helpful budget-conscious suggestions. Many note good communication, professionalism, and a straightforward estimating process. A smaller number of reviews cite follow-up needs or communication gaps on finishing details. Overall sentiment trends positive with repeat and referral mentions.

I recently had some water damage occur to a door frame due to a leaking culligan device. (In our 3 month old new build house) Dave was hired by the company to fix it. I found him professional and easy to deal with. His guy got it fixed and looking like it was brand new. We did run into a communication issue, I was asked if I was capable and willing to paint to save him a trip, the answer was yes I was cable and willing but am always busy with life as we have kids. When I was asked by the company to sign off on a release form, I replied the painting wasn’t done and I wouldn’t sign until it was completely finished. Anyways less than 24 hours later Dave was reaching out to me to arrange a time for him to finish. Came out and less than 30 mins later job was done. If I need a carpenter in the future that I myself was paying for. Dave would definitely be a consideration. Thank you for your service.

Dave and his team remodeled a bathroom for me at first I thought it was well done and my daughter left a review. The first time that we cleaned the batroom I notice two tiles with hair line cracks in them orginally i thought it was the black grout running from the unsealed grout lines that would weep when the shower was being used. I called dave who came and looked at the tiles and said what do you think this was my fault to which I replied well Dave it sure isnt my fault. Dave said he would look after it and repair them but he was busy. I called him three weeks later and he said yes i got a plan to repair them no problem. Six months later I run into Dave at the paint store and approached him and told him I wanted my bathroom repaired he was nervous and said he had to go . I left it at that, then six or seven months later I run into him again and I asked him when are you going to fix my tiles as this is now dragging out to two years . It is now three and a half years later and a couple of un answered phone calls and still not repaired. I am over with being patienced with long run so my suggestion is read the review as he does not stand behind his work takes your money and that will be the last you see of him when there are issues due to his workmanship.

Dave and his crew were excellent for our basement bathroom. We had a leaking shower and he was able to repair and redo with a beautiful shower, tile and new vanity and flooring. Made helpful suggestions to help us stay within budget, but not without sacrificing quality or our wish list. Highly recommend and will contact them again for future work.

Dave, Debbie, and Ethan renovated and updated a main bath and ensuite. Dave and his team did fabulous work while keeping with our budget. He offered suggestions to save money that did not compromise style or design. The walk-in shower is lovely and way more practical than the old tub. Sinks, counters, tile, flooring, and vanity have added much needed update in material and design. Winston and Meg (the dogs) were a bit of a nuisance but Dave and team took their antics in stride. Thank you.

We just bought our house and had some issues with the shower. We found Long Run Renovations on Google and they were very responsive and addressed all our concerns right away. You never know what you're gonna get, moving to a new city but Dave & Josh were very professional and kind. They braved our crazy dog and took orders from our 2 year old, who loved helping and feeling included. Very prompt and detailed from when we received the estimate to renovation completion. The quality of work and good value was unmatched. We most definitely will hire this company again. I actually look forward to it. The overall experience was a pleasure.
